Lenin Becomes Nagarjuna’s Top Priority

Nagarjuna is giving his full support to his son Akhil Akkineni‘s upcoming film Lenin. He has been closely involved in every stage of the film including post-production and promotions.

This is the first time Nagarjuna has taken such an active role in one of Akhil’s movies. For the past three months he has reportedly kept aside his other work to focus only on Lenin.

He even suggested reshooting a few scenes to improve their impact. Only after being completely satisfied with the final version did he approve the promotional campaign and confirm July 10th as the release date.

Directed by Murali Kishore Abburu and Lenin is a rural drama set in the Chittoor region, with Bhagyashree Borse playing the female lead.
